The InSTEP Safari moves with ease, it feels like you are hardly pushing anything. After trying similarly priced jogging strollers, this one seemed to have better maneuverability. The steel frame is super sturdy, not as lite as a aluminum framed stroller, but super durable. The stroller is well built, with low-friction bearings, bicycle-like tires, and a large canopy.
